Application of medicated oils with specific herbs for each biotype throughout the body, following a certain rhythm and pressure. Duration: 1 hour

netratarpaṇa
Administration of unctuous fluid over the eyes (usually based on ghee and medicinal herbs). It is applied in vision problems, indicated by a doctor or Ayurvedic therapist. Duration: 45/50 minutes
Śirodhara (Shirodhara)
Continuous application of a fluid on the head to relax and activate a rest and deep nourishment of the psyche (the liquid vehicle can vary: from herbal infusions with water to milk, sesame and/or coconut oil). indicated by a doctor or Ayurvedic therapist. Duration: 45/50 minutes
Caṃpī (shampii)
Head massage with the patient sitting in a chair and wearing clothing. It focuses on working the marma points. Duration: 45/50 minutes
Nasya
Instillation of a substance through the nostrils (usually based on ghee and medicinal herbs). It is applied in problems of the senses (ears, headaches, among others), indicated by a doctor or Ayurvedic therapist. Duration: 45/50 minutes
