Teacher Training I
Yoga Teacher Training I prepares you to teach group classes with personalized adjustments and, in turn, is the foundational base for training you in the design of individual and therapeutic practices.
It has a solid content design integrating theory (supported by traditional sources and integrating current knowledge) and practical application (theory and practice are interwoven in each class).
We focus on cultivating and developing a vocation of service oriented to others; respecting the qualities and characteristics that this implies in each person.
The main axes that make this teaching program unique are:
-online and residential classes (140 hours) with meaningful content. Our approach is deep and intertwines theory and practice in an absolutely unique way.
One month with 2 Saturdays online from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., alternated with the following month of a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) face-to-face from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
-2 weekly practical classes online and/or residential (160 hours). Our classes are not massive or serial. Each practice is a meeting of personal exploration and the concrete, honest and reflective descent of all the theory that we see in the classes.
-design, monitoring and regular supervision of personal practice by a mentor that will accompany you monthly during the 16 months that the process lasts. The mentor contains and functions as a mirror. There is no real transformation process if we do not have a (human, real) mirror in which to look at ourselves.
-100% online course options with scheduled face-to-face meetingsfor those who live more than 150km from Buenos Aires.
-Teaching residency experience at our school. Averaging the end of the teaching staff, students will be able to give classes in our School as a residence for 3 months, under the supervision of our teaching direction.
Yoga Personalizado® is inspired by the Krishnamacharya-Desikachar tradition but bears the stamp of its founder, Gabriela Binello. Gabriela, in addition to training in India and directing the First Yoga Therapy Program in Latin America certified by the IAYT (USA), has been linked to teaching since her university education and has more than 20 years of experience in program design and planning of educational content.
We always encourage you to experience some previous classes at our school to better understand our yoga framework.
